Shipping policy
At MyRadioGuy, we understand the importance of timely and reliable delivery of your products. This Shipping Policy provides clear information about our order processing, shipping methods, costs, and delivery expectations in compliance with South African consumer standards.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders received after 3pm or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is received and a shipping confirmation email when your order is dispatched.
2. Shipping Regions
We currently ship nationwide within South Africa only.
We do NOT ship to PO Boxes or international addresses at this time.
Delivery to certain remote or high-risk areas may require alternate arrangements, and we will contact you if this applies.
3. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We work with reliable South African courier partners to deliver your order safely and efficiently.
Delivery times and carriers may vary depending on your location and product type.
Standard delivery generally takes 2-5 business days. Expedited or express options may be available at checkout where applicable.
4. Shipping Costs
Free shipping is offered on all orders.
Any additional customs, import duties, or taxes (if applicable in exceptional cases) are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
You can also contact us directly at info@myradioguy.co.za for assistance with your order status or tracking.
Please allow 24-48 hours after dispatch for tracking updates to appear.
6. Delivery Expectations
Deliveries occur Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00 (excluding public holidays).
Our courier partners provide estimated delivery windows but cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
Delivery may be delayed during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
7. Shipping Restrictions and Responsibilities
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate, complete, and physical street address for delivery.
We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
If your order is returned to us due to delivery failure or refusal by the recipient, we may charge the cost of reshipping or cancel the order without refund.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the unlikely event your package is lost or damaged during transit, please notify us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date.
We will investigate the issue with the courier and assist with a replacement or refund as per our Returns and Refunds Policy.
9. Changes to Shipping Policy
MyRadioGuy reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
